Refund policy

7-Day Easy Return Policy

At Al-Haram Collection, we offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your parcel to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required

To start a return, email us at alharamwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Pakistan

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via:

  • Bank Transfer

  • JazzCash

  • Easypaisa

Customers must provide correct account details for refund processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return courier charges will be paid by the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at alharamwear@gmail.com with clear pictures as proof.

We will review the issue and arrange replacement or refund accordingly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Discounted products

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or altered items


Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item (size change etc.), you must request within 7 days.
Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Customers will bear courier charges for exchanges unless the mistake is from our side.


Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about approval.
If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
